As a general rule, we respond to emergency service calls within 2 hours of incident reporting and attempt to resolve the problem within 72 hours. Non-emergency, routine consulting is scheduled within 7-10 working days of request. On-site service agreements are available for our Hy-Tech Computer Systems both in our Madison Support Area and outside our support area.(see PDF support area map) We encourage clients to purchase a high-speed cable or DSL connection for remote access support, tape backup subsystems, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies. ABCon can provide board-level repairs and upgrades on most brands of computer systems. While we perform initial troubleshooting procedures on-site or through remote access, it is usually best to bring a problematic system to our repair center where we have the necessary diagnostic tools and resources to quickly assess and correct the problem. If a system needs to be brought in we can either pick it up for a small charge or the customer can utilize our curb-side depot drop-off, which eliminates the fear of trying to find parking in downtown Madison. |
